Contractor Detach and Reset in Chicago Ridge
Solar off before your crew mobilizes and back on after the install, on dates your project manager can build around.
Solar Should Not Hold Up Your Crew
For a roofing company, solar on a reroof is a scheduling risk. Your crew can tear off and install shingles all day, but disconnecting a system, pulling conduit and handling modules without cracking them is a different trade. We take that scope as your subcontractor. You give us the job address, the module count and your tear-off date. We look at the array, send a per-panel quote you can carry straight into your bid and lock a removal date ahead of your mobilization. On that date we de-energize and disconnect the system, take off modules, racking and conduit, tag every component and haul it to storage. The deck is open and clear when your crew arrives. When your install is complete, you notify us and we return to finish the scope: attachments and flashing placed at each mount point, modules returned to their mapped positions, reconnection and recommissioning with an output check. We communicate with your foreman or project manager directly. If weather pushes your start, we move with you. The homeowner is your client, and we keep it that way: we report to you, and the system goes back working.

How We Plug Into Your Job
Send the details
Job address, module count and target tear-off date. We inspect and return a per-panel quote, usually within 48 hours.
Clear the deck
Before you mobilize, we shut down, disconnect and remove the full array, tag it and store it.
Reset on your signal
Tell us when the roof is in. We install mounts and flashing, reinstall the modules, reconnect and recommission.
Why Roofing Companies Sub This Out to Us
Dates held
Your tear-off depends on our removal. We plan around that dependency.
Nothing left on the deck
Your crew does not inherit rails, clamps or loose wire.
Your client relationship
We report to you and do the solar scope. That is the whole arrangement.
